Logo for: Prevent Suicide CT

The Connecticut Suicide Advisory Board (CTSAB) has made it a priority to reduce access to high‑risk areas such as bridges and railroad crossings. Through a strong working relationship with the Department of Transportation and ongoing collaboration across multiple divisions—including railroad and highway—Connecticut has expanded the presence of suicide‑prevention signage on bridges and at railway stations statewide.

This form allows communities, organizations, and agencies to request additional signs that offer hope, share crisis‑support information, and reinforce that no one has to face a difficult moment alone. By placing these signs in key locations, you are contributing to a coordinated, statewide effort to promote safety, connection, and mental health awareness.
